Grinding and fine machining
On our CNC grinding machines we produce rotationally symmetric components such as shafts, sockets, shanks or cylinders with the following measurements and techniques:
We also grind special materials such as carbide, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, ceramic, silicon carbide and plastics.
CNC grinding
CNC internal grinding / inside diameter (ID) grinding:
- CNC controlled internal circular grinding
- Diametres from 8 to 120 mm
CNC external grinding / outside diameter (OD) grinding:
- CNC controlled external circular grinding
- Diametres from 6 to 150 mm
- Lengths up to 600 mm
Centreless grinding
- Centreless grinding
- Diametres from 1.5 to 60 mm
- Lengths up to 800 mm per pass or entry
Honing
Our honing processes achieve the highest precision of measurements and shapes. We specialize in
- Short-stroke honing
- For diametres between 3 and 60 mm
- For lengths up to 150 mm
