Max Auer offers job opportunities for people with the following professions or qualifications:
- Welder TIG / MAG
- CNC programmer for lathes, mills, grinders (Control systems: Traub, Okuma, Okuma OSP 3000, Okuma OSP 5000, NUM, Siemens 810, Siemens 810 D, Siemens 840 D, Fanuk, Jasnak)
- Tool setter for CNC machining centres (lathing and milling) with 3, 4 and 5 axes
- Circular grinder: centreless grinding, CNC internal and external grinding
- Job preparation staff

At the beginning of each training year Max Auer offers one to two apprenticeships as
- Machining mechanic
- Maintenance technician (combined mechanical and electrical)
- Industrial manager
or for similar professions.
